About the Role

Responsibilities
- Working on the digital platform Atlantis and E-Recs {(FIA Tech Invoicing and Reconciliation System Fees)
- Team members help us concentrate on constructing strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven tradition
- Handling calls with the top brokers at quarter ends and year ends to go for the settlements between payables and receivables, Researching on any queries/requests despatched by the Business Partners/Execution Brokers/Client Support Teams, and replying to the identical with minimal response time.
- Closing electronically settled trades in inside books and booking funds and processing funds & Communicating the standing to inside stakeholders
- Review and handle the end-to-end Brokerage Payables and receivables course & Identifying alternatives to enhance the method via a partnership with different groups
- Handling all varieties of Commission (Execution/Clearing) associated problems with the clients.
- Managing consumer commissioning in GMI & Brokerage agreements
- Assist with balancing teamwork load & Identify points with the method, create and drive an answer & Develop and preserve MIS on the end-to-end process for monitoring turnaround occasions of deliverables from the group and different processing areas
- Ensure and Adhere to the Regulatory Reporting requirements, policies, and procedures & Independently research and analyze regulatory reporting requirements and different financial documents
- Recommend procedural modifications/process enhancement opportunities to streamline the method, potential to exercise discretion, and use deductive reasoning to create options to platform inefficiencies.
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, written (together with drafting), and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Microsoft Excel spreadsheets expertise importing, exporting, formulation, and manipulating information.
- Ability to research, compile, and carry out complex analyses on critical operational information.
- Experience working with altering priorities and deadlines. Highly motivated with the potential to drive outcomes.
- Highly organized with very strong attention to detail. Excellent presentation abilities.
