1. New Business Sales:
- Build revenue growth momentum with next new logos through extensive networking/other customer acquisition techniques
- Manage relationships with high profile business advisors of HCL
- Understand business gaps/white space in the industry domain, articulate such gaps, and be related to technologies and industry offerings that could help close these gaps
- Market research and analysis, strategic recommendations based on management queries, business due diligence, and thought leadership to identify and incubate new initiatives
2. Business Marketing:
- Campaign Management
- End to end execution of defined industry & technology events
- Content development for marketing collaterals, website/blog/social media, videos, and other initiatives
- Monitor trends and provide cutting edge analysis of Industry & business development
- Management of digital marketing initiatives for Engg, & R&D Services
3. Program Manager:
- Oversees strategic plan, monitoring, and adapting as needed. Maintain Budget
- Monitors production and quality to customer/stakeholder/sponsor standards.
- For infrastructure projects, a project manager uses the company’s technical infrastructure methodology and project experience to effectively interact with technical and functional infrastructure team members
- Monitors team activities according to the project work
