Applications are invited for the next post in a DST-sponsored project “Activation of GPI-N-acetylglucosamine transferase in Candida albicans”.
Eligibility
Minimum important {qualifications}: Candidate should have an M.Sc. degree in any department of Life Sciences with an excellent academic record and sensible analysis expertise in molecular organic strategies used within the research of yeast/ fungal biology and/ or protein expression/ purification from yeast/ fungal cells and their crystallization. The candidate should essentially have certified the CSIR/UGC NET or equal examination.
Desirable {qualifications}: Candidates with expertise in strategies corresponding to cloning, extraction of RNA and DNA, RT-PCR, protein expression and purification/ protein crystallization, and having information of virulence assays could be most well-liked.
