About the Fellowship
The Western Union Fellowship is a program for younger entrepreneurs and neighborhood leaders who’re from and dealing with extremely marginalized, refugee, and forcibly displaced communities across the globe.
This year-long program is designed to equip these next-generation entrepreneurs and leaders with the abilities and expertise to extend entry to financial alternatives, combine into their communities, succeed within the evolving nature of labor, and remodel their communities.

Eligibility

Program Structure
The Fellowship begins with a digital two-week intensive Accelerator that may concentrate on:
Building Community
Community is among the pillars of the Fellowship expertise. A various cohort of younger leaders and entrepreneurs kind partnerships, collaborations, and add their progress and integration as leaders of their neighborhood
Skill Development
Including progress mindset, braveness, resilience, creativity, and management. Fellows might be guided using the method of overcoming key challenges confronted in the course of the technique of turning into transformative leaders.
Basecamp Training
Each Fellow is skilled and receives a stipend and logistical help to guide a three-day Basecamp of their house neighborhood to empower at the least 30 extra entrepreneurial leaders per Fellow.
