Eligibility
- Should be a graduate.
- Should have strong interpersonal expertise & individuals administration expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English & glorious verbal communication in Hindi.
- Should have at the very least two years of labor expertise in high quality in a contact center with each voice and non-voice process.
- Should have at least one year of expertise in a group supervisor /chief role in a contact center.
- Six sigma green belt certification will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- To lead a group of high-quality analysts
- Will be liable for the audit and governance plans for all traces of enterprise on the degree 2 wings of the contact center which incorporates the social media group, escalation desk, and outbound group.
- Accountable for figuring out the course of gaps and liaison with the respective stakeholders to repair the identical.
- Work together with the important thing stakeholders to enhance the interplay of high quality and buyer expertise.
- Identify and suggest alternative ways of audit sampling and suggestions for bettering mechanisms.
