Key Responsibilities:

Install, Deploy and Configure the InnaIT Key data security application for user authentication and authorization Interacting with clients through calls, Mail, and chats User Training, demonstration, and Presentation of Software product Biometric authentication product called InnaIT Key Should have good knowledge of Biometric technologies such as Physiological (FP, FACE, IRIS, VOICE, and Behavioural Basics of Software Development should be able to talk about integration knowledge of Java, .Net other used languages Having good knowledge of Embedded electronics and software Collaborate with Software Development and testing teams on required application changes, bugs, and support Provide a high level of technical support to off-shore and On-shore teams. Actively interact with client IT team to perform application preventive maintenance and health monitoring Execute daily deployment tasks and monitor automation jobs
