Job Description
- Resource administration throughout Finance IT and Corporate Functions IT together with –
- IT Transformation programme deliverables
- Hiring pipeline reporting for Transformation programme – location rationalization, the transition from contingent to the everlasting workforce, and so on.
- Exit path administration
- HC system knowledge high-quality administration and reporting
- GHRS – energetic useful resource administration
- Pioneer – Open request administration
- Taleo – Hiring forecasting
- Input into the continuous improvement of processes
- Responding to adhoc HC fire drills as applicable
- Provide evaluation, commentary and recommend actions on a month-to-month foundation
- Coordinate the manufacturing of MI to help sub-function useful resource and transformation administration
Eligibility
Skills:
- Understanding of Resourcing processes and customary methods
