Qualification
BE/B. Tech/M. Pharma/Masters in any biological sciences
Experience
Candidates with prior expertise in dealing with laboratory mice and rats.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing primary animal care
- Feeding and watering of laboratory animals
- Handle and restraining animals as per SOPs
- Maintain sanitation and animal care gear of facility
- Clean, sanitize and sterilize cages, racks, gear, provides or animal care rooms
- Assist higher-level animal care personnel in more superior duties
- Provide elementary help to facilitate customers in easy technical procedures and document conserving
- Assist in receiving, storing and rotating feed, bedding and different animal care provides and gear
- Perform Animal Facility associated duties as assigned by animal facility administration.
- Assist Facility Staff and Facility Users of their routine colony administration and genotyping of mouse & rat shares.
