Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze machine breakdown, action plan execution, and reliability enhancement from electrical perspective
- Responsible for vitality initiation, waste discount, and documentation
- Handle Safety audits, Quality audits, and Legal Compliances
- Responsible for preventive upkeep, alignment, defect management, spare components availability, and restore
- Ensures the everyday job and linkage to the surroundings and effect on surroundings
- Responsible to regulate environmental spillage, waste minimization, and cut back recycle reuse
- Accountable for the Safety & Environmental Incidents happening within the Plant
- Consider Environmental impacts like deprecation of sources, dangerous work surroundings, land contamination, air air pollution, well-being hazards, and noise air pollution throughout upkeep exercise and take acceptable motion to curb these by means of monitoring and OCPs
- Responsible to regulate e-waste: regulating the consumption of oil, grease, cotton waste, and spare components and regulating spillage and Leakages through the upkeep
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
- At least 3 to 5 years of expertise in tyre manufacturing
- Knowledge in Safety, Environment, and Engineering, Process Improvement instruments (mixing course of, exuding course of)
- Instrumentation tools within the plant
- Knowledge of PLC, Automation, Drivers (electrical motor drives), Breakdown Analysis (why evaluation), Control System, Utility System (steam electrical energy and air management system)
- Ideally has Leadership, Influencing, and Presentation expertise
- Good communication expertise English
- Open to work in Aurangabad
