Eligibility
  • Graduate with 2-3+ years of related exposure
  • Proficiency in Excel. SQL is added advantage
  • Exposure & Comfort in a fast pace with information-driven detail orientation
  • Ability to work as an Individual Contributor with no team reporting necessities.
  • Ability to handle inner and exterior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Responsibilities
  • Operational/Process KRAs: Monitor, keep evaluate end-to-end operations for Omni Channel whereas communicating, handholding for attaining efficiency, high quality, productivity targets.
  • Need to work with the logistics crew for seamless shipments flow, together with scaling up Omni operations in new cities. Generating, publishing, and sustaining stories. Coordinate with totally different stakeholders to realize the organizational goal. A single level of contact to deal with vendor escalations together with coordination with logistics crew for pickup & return associated escalations.
  • People KRAs: Coach, Train, Manage & appraise the efficiency of supervisory personnel and
  • handhold process modifications.
  • Hygiene KRAs: Safeguard protocols and processes by monitoring/ controlling SCM SLAs.
