Eligibility
  • BCOM/BBM/BBS
  • 0-3 years in customer/client service, procurement, operations, or different customer facing roles
  • Strong interpersonal abilities that may adapt and work effectively with various units of situations and people
  • Ability to work effectively under stressful and excessive demand conditions
  • A proactive strategy to problem fixing, taking ownership, and observe through
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities with robust attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency
  • A self-starter who can work independently
  • Ability to study new methods and processes shortly
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) shall be an added advantage
  • Flexibility to work in shifts across 3 areas (WHEM, EMEA, APAC) at any point.
Responsibilities
  • Understand the end to end CSS services and corresponding customer contact points and handoffs
  • Respond to incoming (emails, live chats, calls) customer questions, complaints, issues, and so on. in an efficient {and professional} method.
  • Would be chargeable for supporting end users through multiple customer dealing with channels (emails, reside chats, calls, and so on.) throughout 3 areas.
  • Identify and assess customer needs and develop a plan to remediate
  • Maintain an optimistic, empathetic {and professional} perspective towards customers at all times
  • Track and log customer inquiries in the Concierge Desk software
  • Solve, redirect, or escalate buyer inquiries appropriately
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and different CSS colleagues to deal with customer inquiries
  • Advise customer on CSS associated policies and procedures
  • Proactively communicate status updates to customers
  • Process assigned work activities timely and precisely
  • Achieve highest levels of customer satisfaction whereas meeting team’s service level requirements
  • Participate in common team meetings
  • Provide different ad hoc customer Experience support as requested by the Service Delivery lead.
