About the Team
Hyperlocal is the latest team under the Flipkart umbrella, with the only real mission to supply the Best Customer expertise & Customer Delight serving the gamut of products below the Flipkart platform. The team would enable Customers with some decisions of faster deliveries bridging the gap of Urgent Customer Needs with a wider array of selection. The crew is an excessive intensity team with the right blend of folks bringing complementary experience from Fulfillment Centers, Last/Middle Mile & Customer Services.
Eligibility
- Candidates should communicate in the local language.
- Graduation is required.
- Should have warehousing exposure – inward, outward operations
Responsibilities
- Managing & Responsible for Hyperlocal Stores’ Operations
- Analyzing store level each day Performance
- Managing rosters of team members
- Shift planning basis Inbound & Outbound quantity
- People Management, grooming of team members to scale up.
- Solving daily operational issues with shops and 3PL
- QC check for contemporary/low shelf life inventory
- Vendor administration/Coordination with enterprise,transportation.
- Ensuring Inventory Hygiene & losses Reco.
- Control attrition/Attendance & leave administration
- Resolving cash reconciliation pendency on the retailer Level with 3PL Management Team
- Handling Customer Escalation Issue, RCA
- Ensuring Availability at all Stores eg:- retailer property, Bags/ POS Machines/ gel packs, and so on.
