Job description
The Trainee is accountable for configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ System to fulfill the wants of our purchasers’ necessities.
Configuring includes using proprietary methods and instruments to arrange and configure tables/parameters within the TBA System as outlined by evaluation.
Testing includes the preparation of check circumstances and check knowledge and execution of check actions primarily based on the path from the SA.
This position is designed as an entry-level place for candidates with robust talent units in programming (logical reasoning, analytical expertise), methods configuration, and testing associated with methods that help human useful resource capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Technical / Domain knowledge, System Development, and Quality Assurance, Ongoing activity Management – 80%.
- Communication: Actively Participates in huddles/conferences, efficient communication by Maestro / Mail, Lync, consumer staff contact base – 10%
- Operations/Other companies/Shared companies help –5%
- Continuous enhancement and different consumer/group initiatives – 5%.
