Job Responsibilities

• Support & present service through calls, emails, and tickets
• Work on supplied offline actions
• Follow given SOP’s and flag any unresolved points, escalations to L2
• Ability to diagnose and analyze technical issues
• Analyze totally different methods and power information to search out the potential for power optimization.
• Work on initiatives that requires information mining, evaluation & presentation
• Follows up and meets commitments to buyer
• Flexibility in the direction of shifts and week offs as per requirement
