Administrative Officer (Regular) – Through Direct Recruitment or Deputation (03)

Job Role

The duties and duties of the Administrative Officer may include any of the next:

  1. Handling of Personnel/ HR associated issues like recruitment, promotion, depart, LTC, MHRD queries, and so on. and be conversant with CCS/CCA Rules or,

Qualifications

  • 10 (Ten) years expertise in areas of Personnel/ HR or Academic Administration or General Administrative features like Purchase, Maintenance, Medical, Transport, Hostel, Security, Facility administration underneath Central/ State Government/ Autonomous or Statutory group/ PSU/ University or Research/ Educational Institution acknowledged by Government of India or reputed non-public group of which at least 05 (Five) years within the supervisory posts and executive functions.
  • Age: Preferably under 35 years.
Salary

In the Pay Level-10 (Rs.56100-177500) of Pay Matrix (Pre-Revised PB-3: GP-5400) plus DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, LTC, and so on. as per guidelines of the Institute. Total minimal emoluments as of date can be Rs.87,500/- (Rupees Eighty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred) approx. per thirty days with different admissible allowances and advantages as per Institute’s guidelines.

Medical bills on domiciliary therapy (OPD – Out Patient Department) for self & dependent relations inside the Institute’s ceiling restrict of Rs.22,000/- (Rupees Twenty Two thousand solely) every year and yearly Mediclaim Insurance protection for self & dependent relations up to Rs.5 Lacs for hospitalization therapy.
