Eligibility

An MBA (HR Specialisation) / MSW (HR specialization) / MA (Psychology – OB Specialization)/Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) with a minimum of 55% or equal and with two years’ expertise both in academics or industry is certified to apply. Candidates should be fluent in MS office and data analytic applications like SPSS / STATA / R.

Age: Not more than 35 years of age

Responsibilities

Academic Associate will work carefully with faculty members within the area and help them in undertaking the following actions:

• Assist the faculty in the evaluation of Class Participation
• Assist the faculty in searching material for the course pack
• Assist the faculty in designing quizzes and examinations
• Assist the faculty in evaluating answer papers and assigning grading
• Assist the faculty in taking tutorial lessons
• Attend the invigilation duties as and when assigned by PRM/FPRM/PRMX office
• Facilitating group assignments for students

Duration

Appointments shall be made purely on a contract basis for an interval of two years with a probation interval of 1 year. The contract shall be extendable by one year depending upon suitability to both parties.

Salary

The selected candidate shall be given a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30,000/- monthly.
