Applications are invited for the post of JRF in the “Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) grant ”under Dr. Tanveer Ahmad.

Project Title
“Altered MICU1 expression in impaired mitochondrial calcium handling during oral submucous fibrosis”.
Eligibility
Educational Qualifications: MSc (in any area of Life-sciences) with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks (equal CGPA). Prior research expertise in molecular cloning, cell culture, mitochondrial dynamics, gene enhancing, and immunoprecipitation is desirable. Candidates with NET/GATE/CSIR/UGC/ DBT/ICMR JRF/DST INSPIRE-PhD fellowship should apply.
Duration
The appointment shall be purely on a non-permanent basis for the first year initially which will be additionally extended based on the efficiency of the candidate. However, the length of JRF is co-terminus with the length of the Project and may have no financial liability beyond the duration of the undertaking.
