Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur is organizing an Online Workshop on ML & High-Performance Computing in Computational Drug Design: Methods & Applications from August 24 to 28, 2021.
Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (also called IIT Kanpur or IITK) is a public technical and research university positioned in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. It was declared to be an Institute of National Importance by the Government of India below the Institutes of Technology Act.
Workshop Details:
In this 5 days workshop, main modeling and simulation experts will introduce state-of-the-art and rising strategies like machine studying, high throughput calculation, free energy methods, and cloud computing. All the points of drug design together with hands-on using the quickest computational strategies (codes) and cloud computing, will be introduced. The computational software license and entry to the cloud shall be offered to all of the members to follow and carry out case research after the workshop as nicely.
The members can design their case research or can be offered by the lecturers. The primary agenda of the workshop is to assist the members to use all the learnings to their research problems.
