- 60% throughout in academics (10th+12th+UG+ PG)
- 10th, 12th, Graduation & MBA needs to be Full Time.
- Candidates should have no gap or backlog in their academics.
- Candidates need to be familiar with Kannada or Telugu as a language
- Mobility throughout India since they can be moved wherever within or outside the assigned state during the traineeship period
