• Security coaching and coordinating Logistics safety actions via zonal safety crew.
• Maintain working relationships and liaisons with regulation enforcement and associated companies.
• Liaison with Police and following up till case closure, offering Litigation help for incidents as and when required, in help from the Legal crew. Physical Security
• Manage bodily safety measures and safety programs for strong Hub Security.
• Ensure administration of individuals, materials, and automobile administration protocols at Warehouses, Transport Centers, and Delivery hubs.
• Ensure clean administration, management, and upkeep of bodily entry authorization procedures and entry management protocol.
• Initiate Incident investigations, Investigations Reports, keep escalation metrics, and lift exception experiences as per response constructions mechanism.
• Maintain safety incident information, with periodic pattern evaluation implement corrective actions plans

Security projects & services

• Analyze the targets and arrange targets for the crew.
• Responsible for safe deployment of AOR.
• Review and implement SOP’s & administration system
• Responsible for setting up and upkeep of Fire extinguisher, CCTV & Fire alarm system that incorporates safety tasks of new installations, relocation & asset mobilization throughout website closures.
• Conducting coaching on Firefighting, first support, occupational security, and different safety consciousness periods to all working-class classes working Flipkart.
• Responsible for all hub audit compliances pertains to Fire, security & safety.
• Handling occupational well-being and security incidents of all classes of workers working in & around Flipkart.
• Maintaining all types of MIS information about Investigation, blacklisted clients & sellers, inner workers & different safety Projects.
• Undertake, design & implement safety tasks in given timelines and budgets
• Manage and monitor price, efficiency, and high quality of tasks associated with infrastructure & course of enhancement.
• Ensure constant safety companies – safety guarding, alarm monitoring & response, customer administration, entry management, materials motion, and safety documentation.

Emergency Response & Crisis Management

Eligibility Criteria
