• Education related to ethnography and consumer analysis from a college of reputation
• Minimum of three years of expertise in conducting subject analysis
• Expert in consumer analysis methodologies
• Expertise in MS Office instruments, particularly PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written English language expertise
• Ability to talk at the least one regional language
• Ability to a current evaluation in a structured and consumable method
• Experience in working in a goal and iterative product growth atmosphere
• Self-motivated to work by yourself timeline
• Experience in working with social platforms is a plus
• This position may require an intensive journey

Responsibilities

• Identify and rent customers in focused segments/geographies
• Conduct ethnographic analysis within the subject and supply suggestions for alternatives
• Document and analyze consumer insights for straightforward resolution making
• Build and keep a community of influencers that inform us about identified behaviors
• Coordinate with exterior consultants within the social psychology area
• Work with design and product workforce members to validate speculation using heuristic/qualitative strategies
• Serve as a workforce member that acts as a ‘repository’ of research-based product information.
