Post Details

1. Senior Technical Officer

• No. of Posts: 01
• Eligibility: M.E./M.Tech. in CSE/ECE/IT/Software Sciences or equal degree with 60% marks and above or an equal CGPA with 8 years of expertise. (OR) B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc in CSE/ECE/IT/Software Sciences/MCA or equal degree with 60% marks and above or an equal CGPA with 10 years of expertise in Senior Position in reputed Computer Organization.
• Age: Maximum age shouldn’t be more than 50 Years.

2. Fire Officer

• No. of Posts: 01.
• Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech in Fire & Safety Engineering or equal with not less than 60% marks or equal CGPA from an acknowledged University/Institute with 15 years of service within the related area in any State/Central Government organization/ group of high reputation.
• Desirable: Experience in Fire Fighting operations & system upkeep & operation of firefighting vehicles, dealing with safety-related jobs like incident/ accident reporting/ investigation analysis, security inspection, job safety analysis, shutdown safety, building security, conducting security conferences/ audits, conducting mock-drills, hearth & security training in a Petroleum Refinery/ upstream/ downstream industries/ fertilizers/ chemical plants/fire & rescue services.
• Age: Maximum age shouldn’t be more than 45 years for Direct Recruitment (56 years for Deputation).

3. Safety Officer

• No. of Posts: 01.
• Eligibility: Degree or Higher in Safety Engineering or BE/B.Tech in Engineering with Master in Safety Engineering/ Diploma in Occupational Safety, Health with not less than 60% marks or equal CGPA from an acknowledged University/Institute with 15 years of service within the related area in any State/Central Government organizations/ organization of high reputation.
• Desirable: Multi-disciplinary expertise of 15 years as Safety Officer in dealing with workplace safety and accident prevention in large industry or analysis group, with experience in dealing with hazardous chemicals/biological safety and electrical security. Knowledge of security requirements and ISO regulations as relevant to safety and compliance with security rules.
• Age: Maximum age shouldn’t be more than 56 years.

4. Security Officer

• No. of Posts: 01.
• Eligibility: Graduate in any self-discipline with not less than 55% marks or equal CGPA from an acknowledged University/ Institute with 8 years of expertise in Supervisory grade plus Fire Fighting training and able to ride light car/Motorcycle.
• Desirable: Officers on the level of Deputy Superintendent of Police / Assistant Commandant or equal
  and Divisional Officer’s Course from NFSC/CISF or Central / State training facilities or from reputed Institute/ University.
• Age: Maximum age shouldn’t be more than 45 years for Direct Recruitment (56 years for Deputation).

5. Assistant Executive Engineer

• No. of Posts: 02.
• Eligibility:
  • Civil Engineering: M.E/M.Tech in Civil Engineering department with not less than 55% marks or equal CGPA from an acknowledged University/Institute with 5 years of related expertise. OR
    B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering department with not less than 55% marks or equal CGPA from an acknowledged University/Institute with 8 years of related expertise.
  • Electrical Engineering: M.E/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering department with not less than 55% marks or equal CGPA from an acknowledged University/Institute with 5 years of related expertise. OR
    B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering department with not less than 55% marks or equal CGPA from an acknowledged University/Institute with 8 years of related expertise.
    Desirable qualification: The Applicant should have a Supervisor Competency Certificate (Electrical ‘C’ Licence for working voltage of minimum 11kv).
• Age: Maximum age shouldn’t be more than 45 years.

6. Assistant Registrar

• No. of Posts: 02.
• Essential: Master’s degree with not less than 55% marks or an equal grade on a point scale with glorious Academic record.
• Desirable: i. Professional qualification in the area of Management / Finance & Accounts.
  ii. At least 8 years of related expertise at supervisory degree or equal post in Government/ Government Research Establishments/ Universities/Statutory Organizations/Government Organizations of high reputation.
  iii. Knowledge in Computer Applications and Office Automation.
  iv. Experience in dealing with Administrative/ Finance & Accounting / Academic / Legal / Audit / Stores
  & Purchase / Establishment issues.
• Age: Maximum age shouldn’t be more than 45 years.

• Candidates should apply online only by this link.
• A separate application needs to be submitted for every post.
• Candidates are suggested to fill their appropriate and active e-mail addresses within the online application as all correspondence will be made by the Institute through e-mail only. Test/Interview schedule and necessities with regard to copies of certificates to be submitted in respect of claims made within the online application will be e-mailed in the end to the candidates in their registered e-mail and also will be posted on the recruitment portal of the Institute.
• Application fee Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) needs to be paid through an online portal. No application payment for SC/ST/PwD/Women candidates. The Fee(s) paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor can the payment(s) be held in reserve for any other application or examination or selection.
• After successful online submission of the application, a printout of the application form should be obtained and submitted when called for a test/interview. It will be required at the time of document verification/ test/interview. A hard copy of the application is NOT to be sent to the Institute.
