Background
The University of the Witwatersrand’s School of Public Health invites suitably certified candidates to apply for a full-time funded Master Degree Programme within the area of Implementation Science.
The scholarship is offered by TDR, the UNICEF/UNDP/World Bank/WHO Special Programme for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases – hosted on the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
The purpose of the scheme is to boost graduate training capability in implementation research and enhance the variety of researchers in low- and middle-income nations.
The focus is on implementation analysis on infectious diseases of poverty, together with the neglected tropical diseases, malaria, tuberculosis, HIV/TB co-infection and COVID-19.
The training is focused on programs related to a profession in implementation science.
