HCL Tech Bee Early Career Program 2021 is an exclusive job program for individuals searching for full-time jobs after finishing Class XII. Candidates undergo 12-month coaching for entry-level IT jobs. On successful completion of coaching, candidates are employed in full-time jobs with HCL.
While working, candidates pursue their higher education with BITS, Pilani, or SASTRA University. TechBee permits students to earn right after school and makes them financially independent.

Eligibility
- Exclusive program for students who’ve accomplished class XII in 2020/2019 or will complete in 2021.
- Should have Mathematics / Business Mathematics as a subject in Class XII.
- Students should meet the percentage criteria (refer to the table talked about below) of their respective state boards.

Program Fee
- IT Services: Program Fee- INR 2 Lakh + Applicable Taxes
- Associate: Program Fee- INR 1 Lakh + Applicable Taxes
Stipend
TechBee candidates earn a stipend of INR 10,000 through the internship and start earning a wage of INR 1.70– 2.20 lacs every year on beginning their full-time job with HCL.
