About the Job

They have an appropriate opening in the function of Sales for the position of Area Sales Manager within the Consumer Products Division. In this managerial position, you’ll play an important position to generate business for the company in your assigned territory.

The candidate must apply and lead the commercial business technique to attain sell-in and sell-out gross sales targets, be answerable for the profitable delivery of companies and contribute to the winning of new key customers.

The candidate should have 3 – 5 years of related expertise within the FMCG business incomparable geography. The location of the job shall be Chandigarh. 

Key Deliverables
  • Ensuring the achievement of Annual Operating Plan by way of primary and secondary
  • Building market techniques to generate increased income and find the gap and alternative area and getting the plan executed by the group
  • Recruiting, managing, and motivating the sales group
  • Working cohesively with different functions and collaborating constructively with friends
  • Managing channel partners and collaborating with them to make sure healthy ROI
  • Planning with the group to execute channel growth and new town expansion
  • Monitoring merchandising requirements, planogram, and product visibility available in the market with dominance as per firm norms
  • Forecasting of month-to-month and quarterly gross sales of all main brands and SKUs to plan and execute an optimum result
