This job position is responsiblele for the coordination, help, administration, and execution of reactive upkeep actions to make sure that providers offered to clients are constantly out there and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) efficiency ranges!
You shall be chargeable for:
- 1st Level Alarm Monitoring
- 1st Level Fault Management/ Troubleshooting
- Monitor community and servers
- Event administration
- Incident administration
- Remote web site entry management
- Legal request execution
- Billing operations
- Assurance help actions
