About Team:
The Marketplace crew is answerable for shaping the choice, profitability, and construction of {the marketplace} enterprise at Myntra. The crew is part of the enterprise org and liaisons with varied groups throughout the group to drive important initiatives as Myntra shifts to a market-centric strategy
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sign up new manufacturers and retailers for Omni
- Work intently with Brands and Retailers to make sure most itemizing of shops, kinds, and stock availability from shops
- Build new season cataloging and itemizing plan for every Brand
- Coordinate with inner Category, Cataloging, and Category Operations groups to make sure a clean course of and well-timed itemizing of kinds
- Create dashboards and generate MIS’s to make sure visibility to a number of stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and help the model for any operational points to make sure business continuity
Qualification & Experience:
- Postgraduate Diploma / MBA (ideally in Retail or Fashion) with a minimum of three to five years of expertise in itemizing and gross sales planning for manufacturers and retailers on marketplaces or their very own eCommerce platforms at scale
- The incumbent must be nicely versed with e-commerce market ideas and tips and will string a strong course of orientation
- Previous know-how of cataloging and itemizing course for Myntra.com
- Know-how of a few retail ERP’s (e.g. SAP, Oracle, and many others) and POS techniques
- Advanced MS workplace abilities
- Reading and talking capabilities of a number of regional language along with English and Hindi
