About the Chief Minister’s Urban Leaders Fellowship Programme 2021

The Chief Minister’s Urban Leaders Fellowship is a unique alternative for younger leaders throughout India to work with the Delhi Government to address some of the most pressing city challenges and experience what ‘making change’ looks like. Fellowship Assignment

Each Fellow will be assigned to one of the departments of the Delhi authorities at the time of appointment. The Chief Minister’s Urban Leaders Fellowship programme is structured to offer a unique set of learning opportunities to Fellows such as:

Eligibility

The Chief Minister’s Urban Leadership Fellows programme invites applications for excellent young leaders who’re Indian citizens or holding OCI standing and between 21-35 years of age.

Eligibility Criteria for Fellows (either one of the following should apply)

  • Post-Graduate with minimal 60% of marks (or equal CGPA) with minimal 3 years full-time work expertise. Professionals such as MBBS, LLB and so on. with a minimal 5-year course of research after 12th class will be considered as “Post-Graduate”
  • Professionals like Chartered Accountants, Architects, Company Secretaries and so on. who’s registered with their respective skilled bodies shall be eligible to apply for Fellows if they’ve minimum of 3 years of post-registration work experience
  • Post- Graduate with minimum 60% of marks (or equal CGPA) with minimal 5 years full-time work expertise.

Eligibility Criteria for Associate Fellows (either one of the following should apply)

  • Post-Graduate with minimal 60% of marks (or equal CGPA). Professionals such as MBBS, LLB and so on. with a minimal 5-year course of research after 12th class will be considered as “Post- Graduate”.`
  • Graduate with minimal 60% of marks (or equal CGPA) with minimal one-year full-time work expertise
  • Professionals like Chartered Accountants, Architects, Company Secretaries and so on. who’s registered with their respective skilled bodies shall be eligible to apply for Associate Fellows if they’ve minimal one year of post-registration work expertise

Desired Criteria

Extra weightage will be given to candidates with:

  • Superior academic performance and achievement

Application

The selection process of the Fellowship program will encompass two rounds:
