Job description
- Ensure new hire files are filed within 2 days of candidate on-boarded
- Audit of Documents
- Document administration migration within the online portal
- Following with employees and submitting the education doc/reliving letter for earlier employment
- Managing the scanning activity
- Tracking the no. of information scanned and migrated to document manager
- Reports to be shared on a weekly basis
Eligibility
- Skills: Good knowledge of word, excel
- Communication: Good Communication
