Eligibility
- Master’s degree with 2 years related expertise laid out in technical and purposeful competency or bachelor’s diploma with a minimal of 4 years of most related expertise laid out in technical and purposeful competency.
- Minimum 2 years Experience as a technical lead answerable for system design and implementation using MS Dynamics 365-Customer Service, Marketing and Sales Apps, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps/Portals, Power BI), ideally in the monetary area.
- At least 2 years of confirmed expertise in engaged on full life cycle implementations throughout several variations of Dynamics CRM/365.
- WBG expertise is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Leading or taking part in design and structure classes with key enterprise customers, amassing and documenting enterprise processes and necessities for the system
- Architecting the CRM system, associated customizations, and stories to mannequin the enterprise and organizational course of
- Advising enterprise customers on commonplace methodologies for CRM, growth, or integration processes
- Balance enterprise customers requests and necessities with technical constraints
- Work with enterprise customers to know the requirement and conduct a fit-gap evaluation to map them to the OOB options/workarounds/Customizations.
- Writing technical specs for deliberate work, mocking up specs, testing, and deployment of growth tasks
- Installing and sustaining variations of third-social gathering merchandise similar to inGenius (CTI Integration)
- Configuring the CRM system in contacts, customer support, and gross sales purposeful areas,
- Building and configuring CRM types, views, dashboards, and workflows.
