About:
This position is responsible for the improvement and supply of training to new and current associates by means of the classroom, online, digital, and OJT packages. Content focuses within the areas of course of operations, underwriting, techniques, insurance policies and procedures, compliance, and product data.
Major Duties
- Conducts needs analyses to find out coaching wants
- Works as a part of a consulting group with City Presidents/Market Leaders to develop customized coaching and improvement plans
- Identifies selects or develops applicable coaching packages
- Personally conducts coaching or helps facilitate coaching carried out by different sources
- Evaluates effectiveness of coaching packages
- Researches analyze and recommend exterior coaching packages
- Develops mentoring packages
- Oversees efficiency of coaching mentors, recommends new mentors and coaches underperforming mentors
- Consults with the administration on the efficiency of latest associates and the suitability of their roles
- Works intently with Compliance to find out impression of regulatory modifications to back and front workplace and develop coaching options
- Assesses the feasibility of growing again workplace mentor and cross coaching packages
- Assists Manager of Training and Development with the design and improvement of coaching supplies
- Maintains coaching calendar, oversees coaching logistics and manufacturing of coaching supplies
- Serves on bank-wide groups for the event and execution of the financial institution’s strategic tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years banking and/or lending expertise
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Up to 25% of the journey
- Excellent interpersonal, group, and time administration expertise
- Ability to offer a session to the financial institution and market management
- Strong facilitation expertise with the demonstrated skill to current info in a transparent, concise, assured method
- Proficient with MS Office and Jack Henry purposes
- Must be cooperative, versatile, and capable of work properly with others
