IIM Kashipur intends to interact with Academic Assistant/ Associate (AAs) within the Operations Management & Decision Sciences at the institute.
The AAs’ accountability will probably be aiding school members in educating (together with analysis, growth of programs and educating materials, marking attendance and analysis of participation in school), invigilation obligation, analysis, and consultancy tasks, MDPs, secretarial help, and different educational actions. They may also be given different obligations by the Institute occasionally.
Eligibility Criteria
- For Academic Assistants: Postgraduate, ideally in Operations Management or Industrial/ Production Engineering/ Operations Research/ Mathematics/ statistics with first-class. Relevant expertise both in lecturers, business, analysis, or increased {qualifications} will probably be most popular. Candidates with {qualifications} like B.Tech./ B.E., MCA may also be eligible
- For Academic Associates: Ph.D. within the related space (Operations Management or Industrial/ Production Engineering/ Operations Research/ Mathematics /statistics).
Salary
- For Academic Assistants: An Academic Assistant with no expertise will probably be paid a stipend of Rs. 23,000/- p.m. For each accomplished year of related educational/ industrial job expertise, an increment of Rs.1500/- could also be a beneficial topic to the utmost ceiling of Rs. 27,500/- per 30 days at the time of appointment.
- For Academic Associates: An Academic Associate with Ph.D. (or equal) will probably be paid a stipend of Rs. 28,000/-p.m. For each accomplished year of related educational/ industrial job expertise, an increment of Rs. 2000/- possibly beneficial topic to the utmost ceiling of Rs. 34,000/- per 30 days at the time of appointment.
Duration
Appointments will probably be made purely on a contract foundation for an interval of 1 year initially and renewable yearly, topic to passable efficiency, however usually restricted to a few years.
