Johnson and Johnson are hiring for B2B Sales Manager based mostly in Mumbai, B2B Channel Comprises Of Cash & Carry And EB2B Business Who Operate Across Online, Offline And Omnichannel Models. 

Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship: Strengthen retailer & regional stage relationships; information on enterprise alternatives and construct joint worth.
  • Planning: In partnership with KAM at month and quarter stage; Plan Cascade and supply in partnership with native groups.
  • Order to provide: Order technology & well-timed provide administration; Coordination with CFA group for inventory necessities, provide planning.
  • In-Store: Ensure adherence to ToT, Share of Shelf, aligned promos. Identify instore alternatives & execution of plans.
  • Master Data Management: Ensure correct grasp information, determine portfolio alternatives.

  • MIS reporting: Sales, In-Store executions, Promoter effectiveness, Competition Promotions
Eligibility
  • Educational Qualification: Post Graduate research in Business Management from Tier 1 Business School with the whole expertise of 5-7 years from the FMCG sector
  • Experience:
    • Min expertise 5 Years in FMCG
    • Minimum 2 years of managing Cash & Carry/eB2B/Key Accounts channels
