Overview of the Role

Responsibilities

• Initiate and handle relationships with potential recruiter organizations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of expertise in company relations/placements / HR
• MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Marketing / Sales / HR
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrable expertise in constructing consumer base
• Has proficiency using spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), is ready to analyze knowledge and create stories from spreadsheets

Desired qualities and competencies

• Comfortable working in a non-hierarchical start-up atmosphere
• Polite and persuasive conversational abilities
• Familiarity with Zoom or different communication platforms.

Selection Criteria
