Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the supply of platform requirements and services for our Multicloud product portfolio to delight our clients and develop the install base.
- Drive throughout products support for language by Internalisation I18M and Localisation L10N, Accessibility help, and System help working with different technology vendors
- Drive the event, prioritization, and execution of product roadmaps in collaboration with R&D and PM colleagues.
- Partner with key stakeholders throughout our firm and customers to capture detailed necessities, check hypotheses, allow adoption and help, establish new processes, and generate feedback loops into the Product.
- Analyze initiatives for ROI and alternatives to driving financial and operational excellence and development
- Present at the product, gross sales, customer, and industry events, together with roadmap displays regarding product timelines and technique, and product initiative updates to company executives on strategy and performance
- Manage day-to-day actions required for the success of the program and be sure that actions and deliverables are executed in a well-timed fashion with prime quality.
- Own the relationships with clients and growth groups to translate customer needs into agile / scrum-based plans to deliver valuable product options.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree and equal associated expertise. MBA is preferred.
- 2 plus years {of professional} product administration expertise, with expertise working in product Internalisation I18M, Localisation L10N, and Accessibility.
- Experience with international customer needs and understanding of geo-specific compliance and laws because it pertains to product acceptability.
- Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams together with technical, content material, and artistic groups.
- Experience with creating and managing useful/feature requirements necessary to build extremely engaged experiences.
- Ability to offer T-Shirt sizing (S, M, L) estimation of software development work.
- Experience with a structured product growth methodology. Agile/SCRUM expertise is a plus.
- Strong understanding of options and technology that influence customer experience with buyer contact centers.
