About Federal Internship Program 2021

Federal Bank invites aspiring, younger, proficient, and dynamic minds to make their next two years most fruitful by learning, earning, and gaining sturdy experience in Retail Banking to join Federal Internship Program. Federal Bank has partnered with Manipal Global Education Services (MaGE), one of India’s main educational institutions for the Federal Internship Program (FIP) to offer bright young minds to learn, experience, and earn. 

Eligibility

Graduates with a minimum aggregate of 60% from a University included by an Act Central or State legislature in India or different educational institutions established by of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of UGC Act, or possess an equal qualification acknowledged by the Ministry of HRD, Government India or accredited by AICTE.

Candidates should have a minimum combination of 60% or above throughout Class X, Class XII, and Graduation.

Candidates shall not exceed 27 years of age as of 01.10.2021 (candidates should be on or after 01.10.1994) for being eligible to apply for the screening process. The age of SCA candidates shall not exceed 32 years of age as of 01.10.2021 (candidates should be on or after 01.10.1989).

Application

To submit applications online, log on to Bank’s website www.federalbank.co.in, follow the link ‘Careers, and click ‘Federal Internship Program 2021: Read the ‘Who Can Apply’ and different directions/situations carefully. Click on the ‘Apply Now‘ button to register for Federal Internship Program 2021.

Application fee

  • General Candidates must pay Rs. 500 as the application fee.
  • SC/ST candidates must pay Rs. 100 as the application fee.

Selection Process/ Exam

Candidates will be selected primarily based on performance in Screening Rounds which includes Online Aptitude Assessment, Group Discussion, Robotic Interview, and Final Interview. Exam Pattern and syllabus link were given below.

Stipend

Interns will obtain Rs. 27500 monthly as Stipend. Candidates also have an opportunity to earn up to Rs. 20000 monthly.
