Job Description:
The Localization Engineer helps mission managers with technical duties resembling file evaluation, preparation, debugging, administration, archiving, and so forth. The Localization Engineer is ready to resolve issues inherent in varied localization duties and processes and participates in the preparation of budgets and schedules. He/she is in some ways liable for buyer satisfaction.
Qualification:
- Graduates
- Any Computer course certificates is an added benefit
Soft Skills:
- A good degree of spoken and written English language.
- Good interpersonal and communication expertise
- Ability to drawback fixing, a present excessive degree of initiative and enthusiasm with consideration to element.
- Ability to gauge between unbiased motion and support-seeking
- Ability to guide and encourage
- People administration (workforce main, battle dealing with)
Hard Skills / Technical Skills Needed:
- Good data of ASP, HTML, XML, parsing, validation, tag error fixing…
- Good sensible expertise on functions like Word, Excel, PPT.

- Meet optimum Productivity and high-quality requirements after coaching
- Keeping up with new applied sciences

Responsibilities:
- File evaluation & preparation
- Preparing directions & activity kits for exterior groups
- TM (Translation Memory) and Terminology Management
- Troubleshooting and drawback-fixing
- Identifying device/useful resource necessities
- Accommodating consumer necessities
- Coordinating drawback identification and determination actions between translators and PMs / Customers
- Providing technical assistance to translation distributors
