Ensure KYC Address Change Supports supplied by customers are reviewed for Consumer and Corporate cards by RBI laws/tips and in partnership with the AEBC Compliance crew.
Assisting the Product crew with Card Conversions and Upgrades.
Document Scanning and Filing to make sure that they’re audit prepared.
Relevant System Updates.
Assisting the taxation crew for the Pan Remediation Activity.
Inbound Voice Servicing to help CMs with KYC queries
Outbound calls to comply with up and refresh KYC
Co-Ordination for Record Retention and Retrieval
Work with Different Linkages for Effective Execution of Team Objectives.
Assist TL in Implementing Key Initiatives to Achieve the Objectives of The Unit.
Suggest Process Improvements / Changes Achieve Department Objectives.
Complete All Transactions Agreed with The Customer and Adhere to All Timelines and Deadlines Set.
Handling buyer escalations and offering related resolutions
Assisting numerous stakeholders / AEBC groups comparable to Compliance, GCP, ECU for Adhoc actions.
Collate, Generate and Report MIS to The Team Leader.
Email Servicing for the KYC process.
Assisting TL with compliance evaluations and reviews.
PFP Will Be Applicable.
Must be a crew participant, versatile, adaptable, and reliable; good interpersonal abilities are required
Able to prioritize and work properly beneath strain, with explicit consideration to element.
Strong problem-solving abilities
Compliant with Company Policies and Procedures
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
Good Presentation abilities
