Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode invites online applications from eligible candidates for the position of Project Mentor on contract at IIMK-Kochi Campus, presently housed at Athulya Building, Infopark, Kakkanad, Ernakulam.
Eligibility
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduation or Graduation in any Subject
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years for Post Graduates and 4-5 years for Graduates in analytical roles and/or consumer engagement/ account administration roles. Candidate should possess degrees (s) from an acknowledged university, good analytical expertise, and be proficient in dealing with MS Office. Fluency and a strong command of oral and written English is a must.
Desirable: Post Graduates, with strong communication expertise and versatile academic and managerial abilities. Experience associated with teaching or research in acknowledged academic institutions, or in growing and managing institutional clients and relationships, particularly within the service sectors and/or managing would be a bonus.
Age restrict: 45 Years
Responsibilities
The Project Mentor is required to help faculty coordinators in managing executive coaching and different tutorial programs – particularly by way of often participating contributors, who primarily embrace senior executives, monitoring and appearing on participant suggestions, coordinating with teaching faculty as wanted, and helping in Kochi program promotions, admissions, open-houses, task assessments and different associated actions to advertise and preserve top-notch course expertise for contributors. She/he may be required to attend/monitor and help within the conduct of the net program classes on a daily or need basis, whenever they happen at weekends/weekdays.
