The Child Care Centre (CCC) at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) is searching for a full-time trainer.

The trainer will probably be chargeable for monitoring and engaging children of various age groups in an enjoyable and academic manner. Besides classroom actions, the trainer will even be chargeable for managing the day-to-day functioning of the CCC together with supervising hygiene, maintaining attendance records of supporting teachers and employees, holding correct accounts of CCC bills, and constructing a rapport with parents to understand their needs and considerations.

The school has been accorded the status of an Institute of National Importance by the Ministry of Human Resources, Government of India in 2017.

Qualifications
  • Certified in early childhood schooling.
  • 3-4 years of expertise working in a daycare centre or pre-school.
  • Strong verbal and written communication expertise in English and Hindi/ Gujarati.
  • Caring and nurturing attitude towards children.
Salary

Salary will be as per market norms and commensurate with {qualifications} and expertise. Please be aware that CCC teachers are appointed on a contractual basis and will not be thought about as IIMA staff and due to this fact they don’t qualify for IIMA employees benefits. The contract is extendable subject to performance.
