Project: In situ Immobilization of Dissolved Metals Arsenic and Chromium by Manipulating Redox Condition of the Impacted Aquifers by Injecting Suitable Amendments

Salary: As per guidelines of JNU AND DST

Essential qualification:  M.Sc. in any department of Environmental Sciences/ Physical Sciences/Geology/Applied Geology/ Chemistry/ Biogeochemistry

Desirable Qualifications: Research Experience in Hydrogeochemistry, environmental chemistry, and hydrochemistry

Salary: As per funding agency guidelines

Project: Estimating Mass balance of glaciers within the Bhaga Basin, Western Himalaya using GPR and Remote Sensing strategies

Essential qualification:  Ph.D. in any department of Environmental Sciences/ Physical Sciences/Geology/Applied Geology/ Chemistry/ Glaciology.

Desirable Qualifications: Research Experience in Glaciology, Remote sensing, and GIS  with glacier subject expertise and subject knowledge collection and evaluation

Salary: As per funding agency guidelines
